Restorative Yoga is about moving into a state of ease and away from the normal activity of the body and mind. Stress has become an expected part of our lives and rest is the opposite of stress. Restorative Yoga creates spaciousness and a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
March 26 | Opening to the Equinox
Take time to open up the body, wring out stress and balance winter kapha energy. This practice will center on restorative twists and renewing poses that free the breath to prepare your entire being for springtime.
April 23 | Adrenal Support
This practice focuses on a restorative sequence designed to balance the stress hormones: cortisol and adrenaline. This practice is meant for anyone who needs a chance to replenish or feels like they are running on empty.
May 21 | Pause to Rest
Take time to pause and rest in stillness prior to the high-energy season of Summer. This practice will focus on calming your nervous system and cooling the chatter of your thought patterns, allowing you to feel vibrant and fully engaged.
