Plan to Stay Open - An Attentiveness Practice

“This week in class” is your new weekly nudge encouraging you to prioritize your practice. We all need self care and self reflection - now more than ever. 

At the beginning of your practice (or your day), encourage yourself to keep your heart open, to remain curious no matter the difficulties you might encounter. At the end of practice (or your day), review. Some days you might realize that you didn’t remember your aspiration at all. Instead of feeling bad about yourself, use it as an opportunity to get to know yourself better, to practice attentiveness. This week’s sequence helps us cultivate a plan to stay open, curious and attentive.
