Rest, Regulate, Renew: A Restorative Yoga Journey
This fall, join me for a special three-part restorative yoga series designed to nourish your nervous system. Each session blends deeply supported postures, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation to help you shift out of “fight or flight” and into the body’s natural capacity for healing and calm.
Part 1 – September 21: Restoratives and the Breath
Learn how supported poses and gentle breath awareness soothe the diaphragm, slow the mind, and open the doorway to deep rest.
Part 2 – October 19: Restoratives and the Psoas
Explore the “muscle of surrender” and discover how letting go in the psoas releases hidden tension, builds a sense of safety, and invites profound relaxation.
Part 3 – November 16: Restoratives and the Vagus Nerve
Experience how humming, guided breath, and supported inversions stimulate the vagus nerve and create pathways to resilience and inner calm.
Each session stands alone, but together they create a progressive journey into rest and renewal.
All sessions are livestream with one month access to the recordings.
Come lie down, let go, and give your nervous system the nourishment it deserves.
New: Now you can enroll your mother, friend, or the caregiver of your choice directly on our site! Give someone you love the gift of deep rest!

As we age, healthy movement becomes less about pushing limits and more about staying mobile, strong, and adaptable. In this 6-week therapeutic yoga series, we’ll explore the balance between effort and ease, between moving well and knowing when to rest.
Mobility keeps us doing the things we love. Joints that move easily support balance, confidence, and freedom of motion.
Strength doesn’t just come from the gym. It comes from mindful, consistent movement that keeps our muscles and bones resilient.
And rest isn’t just sleep. It's the ability to downshift, release tension, and restore both body and mind.
Each week you’ll move, breathe, and rest in ways that help your body feel more capable and at home. Classes are slower-paced and designed for older adults and people with Parkinson’s or other movement challenges. You’ll leave feeling empowered to keep moving – safely, confidently, and with ease.
Full series registration only (no drop-ins)
*For PDActive members with Parkinson’s: Offered through your membership at no additional cost (please donate to PDActive)
